    I think it is spelled as rosacea. It’s an underlying skin inflammation and appears to be reddish at the dermis. It doesn’t necessarily protrudes but this conditions is really alarming for it often aggravated by flushing, may cause small blood vessels in the face to enlarge (dilate) and become more visible through the skin, appearing like tiny red lines (called telangiectasias).
